• How do I request a warranty replacement?

  No sweat, just email us your Order Number, pictures of the damaged items, and your shipping address at support@rubberbanditz.com. We can either offer you a refund or replacement depending on the details of your order.

• How do I return Rubberbanditz bands/items for exchange?

  If you are unhappy with the bands, you have two months to send them back for a refund – no questions asked.
