  • Oh No! My Address is Wrong! What do I do?

    Hey, we all make mistakes. As soon as you catch your mistake, send an email to support@rubberbanditz.com and let us know. Please write on your subject line "REQUEST TO CHANGE SHIPPING ADDRESS" so we can easily see your message. If the package hasn't gone out already, we'll make the change.
  • How can I track my order?

    Once your order has shipped, an e-mail with tracking information will be sent to the e-mail address you provided. If for some reason you do not receive an email, please contact us and we’ll be more than happy to help you track your order.
  • How long does it take to receive my order?

    Rubberbanditz uses Amazon and a 3rd party fulfillment service to ship all of our orders.   • What About Customs / Duties?

    Unfortunately, we are currently unable to prepay customs duties on our shipments. Typically, if there are duties due, the postal carrier will send you a notice indicating a payment is due to receive the package.
